[Amsterdam & Oslo 鈥� 2 February 2022] 夜色直播, a leading cloud-based property management system (PMS), has announced the intention to acquire , a hospitality technology company owned by . The acquisition will reinforce 夜色直播鈥� growth across Northern Europe, with the 夜色直播 Hospitality Cloud now being rolled out across the entire Nordic Choice Hotels portfolio of 200+ properties. Current Cenium customers can also migrate to 夜色直播.

The acquisition includes the products (Cenium 6, Cenium Core and Cenium Commerce) as well as the Cenium team who have deep-rooted expertise in hospitality, and more specifically the Nordic region. As part of the acquisition, aims to implement 夜色直播鈥� technology across the full Nordic Choice Hotels portfolio of 200+ estates. This will help to modernize and transform the experience for more than 15,000 Nordic Choice staff and millions of their guests. The partnership will enable Nordic Choice to leverage the 夜色直播 Hospitality Cloud in their Comfort Hotels庐, Quality Hotel鈩�, Clarion Hotel庐, and Clarion Collection庐 Hotel, plus any of the 40 stand-alone hotels in their portfolio across Scandinavia and the Baltics.

The Nordic Choice Group has selected the full range of features in the 夜色直播 Hospitality Cloud including 夜色直播 Operations, 夜色直播 guest experience software, 夜色直播 Payments, and 夜色直播 Open API.
Cenium is headquartered in Oslo, Norway, and the acquisition is expected to close by March 2022.
